Saudi Arabia is blessed with a wonderful fish richness and its beauty lies in its diversity. The seafood table boasts with the finest ingredients from the Arabian Gulf on the East and the Red Sea to the west, making the chefs always more brilliant and creative. I remember how we started the idea of a Saudi fish restaurant with an international set of standards, back then a team of 4 started to become in 7 years X100, working and believing in the saying of “Do not wait for the best conditions, wake up and make your circumstances a reason to achieve your ambitions and goals”. In two years our vision and mission materialised.

Our Mission: Delicious seafood offering a unique and enjoyable experience with continuous development through a professional and motivated staff.

Therefore, I always say that it was a beautiful coincidence that produced an idea that turned into a passion for providing the finest seafood and the result was that we are proud that we might be the best.

At Twina, our story began with a great desire to redefine the “fish recreational parks”, turning it into a specialized resort providing the finest of seafood prepared according to the inherited methods as they were preserved in our precious city of Jeddah.

Between the originality of the early past mixed with the history of the Bride of the Red Sea, “Jeddah” the gate of the two Holy Mosques, and its sophisticated present, our vision is inspired so that “Twina would become the perfect and the most enjoyable choice for seafood, to lead the way”.

On such a vision, we started our steps and our message was inspired by what is treasured by every admirer for this creative art of the fish cuisine. Consequently, Twina was founded with a clear message: “Offering seafood with its wonderful taste in a unique and enjoyable experience with continuous development and quality through a professional and motivated staff”.

We believed in the unique and distinctive way of fish enthusiasts in the Kingdom in enjoying seafood. The aim then became to develop this experience in a more elegant and enjoyable way, while maintaining international food standards, distinctive hospitality and entertainment services. The result was that the elegance of the design met with the originality of the “Jeddawie” cuisine allowing Twina to provide its guests with a unique and enjoyable experience.

We believed that the finest of the sea food, its secret and its art, came out of the home kitchen. Thus we made it a source of our inspiration to provide our unique taste which is made with love, passion and mastery.
