Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Rewards Program, which is operated by the Brand through Brand, the use of the Brand application , and any offers associated with the application program.

These also set out the terms of the agreement between Brand, Brand and the holders of the Brand application (“member”).

The terms of the program may be amended, cancelled or withdrawn by Brand at any time without prior notice and your use of the application constitutes your full acceptance of the terms and conditions.

 

PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

 

  1. The program is open to all Saudi Arabia residents, free of charge. The application remains the property of Brand, which reserves the right to decline issuance of the application or terminate membership at any time for any good reason such as non-compliance with the program terms or abuse of Program privileges.
  2. You automatically become a member of the program upon using your application to collect product credits. To redeem Brands/products, however, members should be registered. Only one unique mobile number can be associated to each individual application. A new application cannot be allocated to an existing mobile number unless reasonable proof is provided that the mobile number has been assigned to you. In such cases, the previous membership will be canceled and a new application will be issued against that mobile number.
  3. You accept that the Brand may collect your personal data and keep it along with details of your transactions with participating Brand restaurants. Your personal data and transactions will be kept private and may only be used for the purposes of administering the program scheme and statistical analysis. We may also use your details periodically for marketing purposes to allow Brand and Brand to send you news of special events, offers, and promotions.
  4. You agree that Brand may periodically automatically extend you additional benefits or make you eligible to win prizes for any future draws.
  5. All personal details and profile information given to Brand must be accurate and current. It is up to members to update their information should it change and to ensure that all personal details are up to date at all times.
  6. A unique pin number will be issued to you upon registration. This pin number will be required every time you redeem points. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your pin number and account passwords.
  7. You agree not to use another member’s account at any time.
  8. The program benefits have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred, or used as a gift or as a guarantee of payment nor may be pooled with the benefits of other members of the Program.
  9. Brand reserves the right to decide, without prior notice, whether the application benefits can be used in conjunction with a specific offer or promotion.
  10. Brand may close the application Program or introduce or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

Brand applicationS

 

  1. The Brand application will be available at all participating Brand locations, free of charge. The applications remain the property of Brand, and must not be copied or reproduced in any way. If your membership is terminated by Brand, the application must be returned to the representative of any Brand restaurant.
  2. In the event your application is lost or stolen, you must report the matter to an Brand application Service Representative or through the program website at the soonest time possible. Upon reporting the loss, the old application will be disabled. You may recover all unused credits of the application as of the time and date the application is reported lost by getting a new application and registering it online as replacement for your lost application.
  3. You can use your application to earn credits or redeem products for transactions at any Brand branch.
  4. The Brand Program works through a mobile application.
  5. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
  6. Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile
  7. Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
  8. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR.
  9. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  10. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
